Refrigerator Cabinet foaming lines with standard and rotoplug technology

Control System for nr.10 Refrigerator cabinet foaming line with Standard and nr.10 Refrigerator cabinet foaming line with Rotoplug technology. The control system allows to:
- Recognize by Bar Code Reader the cabinet models coming from the line of pre-assembly;
- Optimize the temperature of the cabinet (pre-heating oven) before foaming;
- Adjust the loading of the cabinet in the Fixture;
- Adjust the position of the foaming head inside of Fixture;
- Sequence the Foaming process, the filling of metal-plastic cavity with PU;
- Adjust the transfer of the finished cabinet from the Fixture to the discharge line going to optimize production times;
- Collect and archive of the F3 model characteristic data and the data of the end of PU process of each cabinet product;
- Rotoplug line allows the replacement of the off line male of the mould, regulates and optimizes the sequence of exchange of the male for change the production model.
